PGA was delighted with the level of service and quality of uncompromised advice provided by Cavendish. The team had an excellent understanding of the sector and the key players, and they supplemented this with meticulous research into the Rocke business. They quickly identified the relevant issues throughout the process, and provided innovative practical solutions. For a small team they generated formidable horse power.

Cavendish negotiated a deal that outstripped our expectations. Not just the headline price but also the way they de-risked the deal for shareholders. Having Cavendish on our side gave us the comfort and strength to engage with sophisticated buyers.

The Cavendish team did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were extremely thorough when preparing the business for sale, which made a big difference when we engaged with potential buyers. They brought great experience from larger deals, but just as valuable was the way they dealt with the issues that crop up for a smaller private business such as ICL, and then communicated their advice in a clear and logical manner.
